7 Full-time 2 hours ago Full Job Description Primary Function The primary responsibility of the Collateral Analyst is to complete Valuation Reports, which serve to satisfy the requirements for a Real Estate Evaluation for those loans less than $250,000.
Provides an unbiased determination of value for security analysis for current collateral and potential loan collateral for the association.
Understands fundamental appraisal approaches and procedures.
Collect and analyze comparable sales data in order to expedite the valuation process.
Provides administrative support services for the Appraisal Department.
Primary Responsibilities Percent Priority Details of Role and Primary Responsibilities 95% Completes the Valuation Reports Check property for adverse factors via aerial, street scenes, and or site visits Identify and analyze comparable sales data from MLS and/or secondary resources Enter comparable sales data into the Enterprise Sales Data Base.
Supports efficiency of Appraisal Department by practicing good time management and work project organization skills.
Completes training programs as organized and/or approved by the association.
Assist with ordering fee appraisals.
5% Other Duties as Assigned Other duties and responsibilities as assigned, which may include specific projects.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Minimum of an Associate degree in agricultural production, agribusiness, finance or business administration or comparable experience.
Agricultural background preferred.
Agricultural background with experience that demonstrates applicant's ability to analyze data and communicate clearly.
Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be able to work with, as well as independently of, other appraisal team members.
Excellent computer skills and demonstrated experience with a wide variety of software applications, including Microsoft Office products, Adobe Acrobat Professional, Internet, and e-mail.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
